ZLKJ-A160C Tunneling drilling rig

The ZLKJ-A160C roadheader is suitable for tunneling and rock drilling in cross-sections ranging from 1.9 m × 1.9 m to 3.5 m × 3.5 m (width × height).

It is equipped with the self-developed BCT160 hydraulic rock drill, which delivers high drilling efficiency, long service life, and a simple, easy-to-maintain design, making it ideal for drilling holes in various types of rock.

The ZLKJ-A160C tunneling rig boasts an overall width of just 99 cm, a length of only 7.5 m, and an ultra‑small turning radius, making it the first domestically developed machine specifically designed for small cage shafts and low‑clearance, narrow tunnels.

The ZLKJ-A160C tunneling rig features a modular design, facilitating on‑surface disassembly. It can be transported underground in a configuration compatible with the GLS‑1.8‑2 cage (with a chassis size of 1800×1080 mm), enabling full‑machine modular assembly underground. Assembly can be completed and the equipment put into operation in as little as 16 hours.

Inherently safe, human–robot collaborative intelligent operation mode.

Operators can be positioned at least 50 meters away from the drilling rig, enabling remote operation in visible work environments.

Operators seated inside the remote intelligent control cabin can maintain a distance of ≥100 m from the drilling rig and perform visualized, remote-controlled operations.

Real-time remote wireless mobile network operation controlled by the ground-based intelligent control center.

It features multi‑dimensional linkage of the boom for high‑precision positioning, linked directional control and leveling functions for the push beam, as well as anti‑jamming and anti‑striking capabilities, thereby meeting the fundamental requirements of highly efficient drilling operations.

Optional features include a directional drilling assistance system, an automatic fire suppression system, and an electric fence system, all of which can meet the safety production requirements of mining operations.
